BBC Resources pay claim provokes disagreement

BECTU have revealed that differences have emerged at their first pay claim meeting with BBC Resources.
The union have claimed a 4% increase in salary, while management have responded with a 2.2% offer.
Union representatives have indicated that in their view that the current management response to the pay claim would not be acceptable to staff.
