PoweRent supply Phantom project

Power generator supplier PoweRent has won a contract to supply power for ‘The Phantom of the Opera’, currently being filmed at Pinewood Studios.
PoweRent are supplying a super silent 1000kva generator plus all supplementary cabling and distribution to run the substantial lighting rigs. PoweRent will also have an engineer on site during filming to ensure smooth running of the project.
Shaun Farnes of PoweRent said: “We are pleased to be involved in a project to bring such a long running and famous theatre production to the silver screen. We have developed an impressive reputation for our specialised super silent power supply in the film industry and we are looking forward to further projects in 2004.”
