Skillset Cymru Appoints New Project Delivery Manager

Skillset Cymru - the Welsh arm of Skillset, the Sector Skills Council for the Audio Visual Industries - has appointed a new Project Delivery Manager.
Wayne Full will develop and manage projects linked to Skillset Cymru’s Sector Skills Agreement.
He will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Workforce Development Programme which Skillset Cymru has established in partnership with the Welsh Assembly Government’s Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills (DECELLS) and S4C.
The Programme offers financial support to companies and freelancers to train their own staff and improve their skills.
Prior to joining Skillset Cymru, Wayne was Campaign Manager for the Creative Industries at London-based Make Your Mark. He studied journalism, film and broadcasting at Cardiff University.
Based at the Skillset Cymru office in Cardiff Bay, Full can be contacted on 02920 452 834 or [email protected].
Skillset is the Sector Skills Council for the Audio Visual Industries covering Broadcast, Film, Video, Interactive Media and Photo Imaging. Sector Skills Councils (SSCs) are licensed by the UK Government and by Ministers in the devolved administrations to tackle the skills and productivity challenge by sector.
SSCs are independent, UK wide organisations developed by groups of influential employers in industry or business sectors of economic or strategic significance. SSCs are employer-led and actively involve trade unions, professional bodies and other stakeholders in the sector.
