Netflix Lands 'Wedding Crashers' Director For Eurovision Movie
Netflix has landed 'Wedding Crashers' director David Dobkin for its upcoming 'Eurovision' movie starring Will Ferrell.
The comedy will centre around 'The Eurovision Song Contest', the longest running annual international TV song competition.
The global phenomenon has seen winners like ABBA and Céline Dion.
Ferrell is writing the script alongside Andrew Steele. He is also producing the movie through his production company Gary Sanchez Productions, along with Jessica Elbaum and Chris Henchy.
Dobkin has previously worked with Netflix before, helming an episode of Marvel's 'Iron Fist'.
He is also still attached to direct a much-anticipated sequel to 2005's Wedding Crashers.
