Alpha Networks Expands Capabilities With New Acquisition

Alpha Networks, a provider of hybrid TV back-ends, has expanded its tucano back-end capabilities with the acquisition of software company Hubee.

Hubee specialises in smart video platforms and unique user experience solutions.

This acquisition also brings additional video expertise to Alpha Networks, in particular, ad-insertion features and accurate EPG services, strengthening its position in the digital TV marketplace.
