Sutlers Stores supply costumes for 'Cold Mountain'

The Sutlers Stores, suppliers of replica military and civilian clothing from 1700 –1950, have recently completed a large contract to supply costumes and props for the Anthony Minghella film 'Cold Mountain'.
The Sutlers Stores came to the rescue when US suppliers pulled out at the last minute.
“Our website presence undoubtedly helped us to secure this significant international contract. We are finding that the more contracts we fulfil, the stronger our reputation becomes on a national and international scale. It was some achievement being able to supply the quality and quantity of props which were needed at such short notice – and our ability to fulfil such contracts is being recognised within the industry,” said Gareth Harding, Director of The Sutlers Stores.
Since completing the contract for Cold Mountain, The Sutlers Stores have begun work to supply over 80 individual costumes and a large quantity of props for the forthcoming Hollywood film ‘Sahara’ starring Penelope Cruz and Matthew McConaughey. Also supplying costumes for ‘Buffalo Soldiers’ and many other historical dramas, film costume design makes up approximately 40% of Sutlers business.
