Cache Media Delivers For Muse At Festival

News Image
Cache Media recently supplied a Marshall CV225M 'Lipstick' minicam for Muse as part of their show at Reading Festival last month.

The lipstick-sized CV225M utilises the latest sensor technology in a compact, weatherproof design while maintaining broadcast standards. New proprietary pixel technology enables the CV225M to produce low noise ratio, resulting in sharp, vivid colour images, even in very low light conditions. It is ideal for professional broadcast television applications, including professional sporting events, reality television, live music events and broadcast trucks.

In this instance, the camera had to be delivered to the rock band's hotel as soon as possible for their set; within two hours, Cache Media had supplied it from stock. Used during the performance, it provided a close-up of lead guitarist and singer Matt Bellamy as it was mounted alongside his microphone. The Muse crew reported that it had performed perfectly.
