'Tricks Of The Restaurant Trade' Returns

A third series of Tricks Of The Restaurant Trade has been commissioned by Channel 4.

The 12x30' series aims to uncover the things consumers should be aware of when they eat out; from finding out how customers can get the best quality food at the best price to behind-the-scenes at some of the UK's biggest chains to reveal what really goes on.

It will be presented by Simon Rimmer and he will be joined by Sophie Morgan. Adam Pearson also returns while Seyi Rhodes joins the team.

Tricks of the Restaurant Trade was commissioned by Dorothy Byrne, Head of News and Current Affairs for Channel 4. Victoria Hamburger and Jo Bishop are Executive Producers, with Mandy Thomson as Series Producer for betty.
