HD television seminar announced

A seminar discussing 'High Definition Television - a practical reality for today's TV markets' is to be held at the National Film Theatre, South Bank, London SW1, on the morning of December 9 2003.
It will provide an overview of the state of HDTV markets, productions and operations in the UK and provide a glimpse into future possibilities.
Speakers are experts in their fields and have experience covering a wide area of high definition operations. They will be illustrating their experiences with HD Clips shown on the high definition electronic cinema screen
HD production equipment will be on display at the seminar organised by the Digital TV Group, Carlton Television, The Moving Picture Company, HD Thames and the Digital Test bed at the National Film Theatre, with co-operation from the Royal Television Society and BKSTS-The Moving Image Society.
