DVB WORLD 2002 CONFERENCE FOR DUBLIN

FOLLOWING the resounding success of last year's conference, the IAB are to host DVB World 2002 on behalf of the DVB Project.
This year's conference will once again take place at the Alexander Hotel, Dublin on March 6 & 7. With networks throughout the world adopting DVB technology, DVB World 2002 will present the latest developments and experiences from those directly involved in the technical, legal, commercial, and implementation aspects of DVB.
The two day event will cover such topics as 'DVB - how far have we come and what did we learn'; 'The new challenges of DVB 2.0'; 'MHP: test suites, adoption, business models, copy protection, content development and implementation'; 'MHP for mobiles'; 'Combining the strengths of DVB and G3', 'DVB and the Personal Video Recorder', 'DVB and Digital Cinema' as well as IP Databroadcasting over DVB Networks'.
DVB World 2002 is designed for both engineers and commercial practitioners interested in the new generation of digital media delivery.
