Strength To Strength For Mount Pleasant Studio

Mount Pleasant Studio is celebrating 11 years as London's most central, fully soundproofed film and television studio.

Its stage has a U-shaped infinity cove, pre-rigged spacelights and a wide range of in-house lighting. It's ten minutes from Soho with plenty of parking. It is used for a broad cross section of productions; broadcast, commercials, corporate and VFX.

Mark Dunn and Simon Carter, who manage the studio, take pride in helping production staff find cost effective solutions. This is reflected in the studio's 70 five-star Google Reviews.

Broadcast and film companies shoot promos (recently interviews for 'David Brent – Life On The Road' and a promo for Scripps Networks' 'Paul Hollywood City Bakes') and programmes. This month, 360 Production were shooting Series 4 of 'Digging For Britain' with Dr Alice Roberts.

It regularly hosts Disney, Turner, Nickelodeon and the BBC. Corporate productions have included multi day shoots for ITN Productions, Video Arts and Merchant Cantos. Commercial production companies take advantage of its industrial kitchen for food shoots. The stage is also in demand for shooting green screen VFX elements for feature films and post houses, most recently high speed effects and bullet time captures for a major Hollywood production.
