New chapter for Final Draft

Final Draft, publisher of the eponymous screenwriting software, have teamed with Lone Eagle Publishing to put out a new imprint of screenwriting books in 2004.
The first effort, 'Final Draft presents, Ask the Pros: Screenwriting, 200 Questions Answered by Industry Professionals', is to be published in March.
Edited by Howard Meibach, founder of www.hollywoodlitsales.com, the book will contain questions and answers from top studio and television executives, literary agents, managers, script consultants, producers and produced screenwriters to answer the most important questions on the minds of developing and emerging screenwriters.
Topics covered include plot and character development, script formatting, story structure, submitting a script to agents and production companies, television pitches, treatments, adaptations, optioning screenplays, script lengths, screenplay contests, script coverage, the best way to market your script to producers, and much more. Questions and answers will address both creative and business practices within the industry.
"Tapping into the book publishing world is an extension of our larger strategy to reach new writers in all mediums without forgetting about our core audience of aspiring screenwriters," said Final Draft's President and CEO, Marc Madnick. "We look forward to a continuing relationship with Lone Eagle and are excited about the future Final Draft books."
