Canon To Showcase Technology At BVE
Canon is to showcase its leading technology for the first time in the UK at BVE 2016 (Stand L30).
Canon will display the ME20F-SH, a camera which has an extended ISO of four million as well as its latest range of 4K camera systems, lenses and displays.
Visitors can experience the innovation of Canon's ME20F-SH, seeing at firsthand how it captures high-quality full colour images in extremely low light. Featuring an EF mount the ME20F-SH supports a wide selection of compatible lenses across the Canon range allowing for extended creativity in all shooting conditions.
Visitors to the stand will also have the first chance to see the recently announced UHD DIGISUPER 86 (UJ86xX9.3B) and UHD DIGISUPER 90 (UJ90X9B) studio/field lenses as well as the CJ12ex4.3B and CJ20ex7.8B 4K broadcast lenses. Drawing on Canon’s optical image heritage, users can see the remarkable performance offered by this latest range of UHD glass.
Canon will also display its latest 4K cameras including the EOS C300 Mark II and XC10 in an interactive hands-on display. The EOS C300 Mark II is adaptable and durable, fitting easily into any film, documentary or TV production workflow while the XC10 is the perfect handheld, portable camera that allows UHD production.
To show the high definition offered by these cameras and lenses, Canon’s 4K DP-V2410 and DP-V3010 reference displays will be on stand. Lightweight and robust, these displays offer superb image quality and fit seamlessly into 4K production workflows whether on set or in the edit suite.
