Adrenalin @ Rushes complete Atomic Kitten post

Adrenalin @ Rushes have just completed the postproduction on this stylish promo for Atomic Kitten's latest single, 'If You Come To Me'.
The promo revolves around the three band members, Liz McClarnon, Natasha Hamilton and Jenny Frost. The tone is set with hazy, almost dream-like shots of each of the girls as they slowly move on the screen. The initial fog-like atmosphere lifts and is replaced with dynamic shots of the band against a white background. As they sing along, both individually and together, bright lines of colour move at angles across the screen. Suddenly the setting changes again and the stark white background is replaced by a black set, with effervescing bubbles that slowly float down from the top of the screen. Once again there is a change as each of the girls is shown with a colourful, cloud-filled sky, complete with fluttering butterflies, projected onto her body, which is naked but for a pair of glamorous shoes.
Rushes' Duncan Malcolm said: "Anyone who has seen directing duo Si and Ads' work will know of their superb talent for designing and conceptualising stunning visual images. The Kittens' video is no different - five striking set-ups designed to compliment and contrast.
The look of each set-up was fairly well decided before postproduction started and in early meetings plans were made for how to achieve each look. In one set, the girls are performing amongst animated block-coloured graphics that wrap behind and around them to create a pseudo three dimensional space. These graphics were created and animated in Inferno. In another contrasting set, the girls are lit out of black, reflected off a shiny black floor. In post, water bubbles shot on photosonics were added behind. Possibly the most stunning imagery in the clips are the projection pieces. Animated textures and butterflies were created in Inferno and wrapped around images of the naked girls striking poses on white. A different colour pallet was chosen for each girl and animated giving a living skin feel to the overall design."
