BBC Broadcast appoint Head of TV Production

BBC Broadcast have appointed Laura Gould as Head of TV Production.
Gould will be in charge of the TV production department, which produces promotions and trails for both the BBC and other broadcasters. She will also be representing BBC Broadcast directors in the marketplace.
Gould was previously the Head of Production at Pink Films for three years. Prior to this she freelanced for 10 years working for a variety of production companies including Partizan, Brave Film Company, The Paul Weiland Film Co, and Rose Hackney Barber.
BBC Broadcast is one of the commercial arms of the BBC that provides playout, creative services and access services. Some of the creative services they offer include sponsorship and branded content, channel branding and TV commercial production.
“I was drawn to this role because of the creative work and gifted people in BBC Broadcast,” commented Laura. “I look forward to using my industry knowledge to help build this side of the business.”
