Extreme Music and mSoft unite for NAB

Extreme Music and mSoft have united to fully subsidise the cost of loading Extreme’s entire library onto mSoft’s 'serversound'.
The move marks a bold move within production music delivery and enhances mSoft’s already extensive sound effect library, creating the first complete online server library, whilst also delivering lower cost service and hard-disc storage.

mSoft’s serversound.com is widely recognised as providing high quality and service in Digital Asset Management and solutions for post and broadcast Industry. The mSoft serversound is used by editors and engineers throughout the industry – including Digidesign, WaveFrame, Channel 4 and Universal.
mSoft’s media asset management for sound effects and production music allows facilities to have all their audio assets online, for simultaneous use by every editor, producer, etc. The system is used worldwide by many major production facilities and television networks.
Among other features, Extreme Music offers the only classical production music collection to feature the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, on its ‘Ultimate Classix’ catalogue. Extreme has also joined forces with film music specialists Media Ventures, the brainchild of multi-award winning composers Hans Zimmer and Jay Rifkin, to create a revolutionary and unique new film score production music library under the title ‘Directors Cuts’, which will also be available to mSoft’s clients.
