BBC Technology to showcase Colledia at IBC

BBC Technology, a leading provider of products and services for media companies, are to exhibit Colledia, their new product portfolio, at this year's IBC.
In addition, the company will feature media communications, internet solutions and consulting on the stand.
Colledia has been developed to help broadcasters and producers integrate the entire production process, using standard IT equipment. Colledia Workflow places the benefits of a completely digitised system into the hands of everyone involved in the production cycle, and encompasses all functions from content creation to multi-platform distribution. Developed by programme makers, it has been developed for news, sport and collaborative production environments. Colledia Control enables a single operator to monitor and manage an entire broadcast infrastructure from their desktop, through a touch screen interface.
BBC Technology will also be featuring media communications, which provide broadcast quality, point to multi-point satellite and fibre services for content contribution and distribution; and consulting, which helps companies with significant media assets to solve complex business issues around strategy and operations, and the demands of people, process and technology need to be balanced.
