BBC Technology’s Colledia wins 'Pick of Show' award

BBC Technology returned from NAB 2003 with an award from DigitalTV-Television Broadcast magazine for their flagship Colledia product portfolio.
The award is given to companies that demonstrated outstanding achievement in the art and science of video technology. On their stand, BBC Technology demonstrated example applications of the Colledia product portfolio for different broadcast environments, including news, sports, production and control.
Michael Silbergleid, editor of United Entertainment Media's DigitalTV-Television Broadcast magazine, said: "BBC Technology's Colledia provides users with a new approach to media lifecycle management, and our editors unanimously agreed it is not only unique, but conforms to our award theme of saving money, saving time, and making better television."
