Raycom Fits Out BT Sport

Wireless audio specialists Raycom have supplied a set of Wisycom radio microphone kits and IEM system to Timeline Television Ltd for BT Sport.
The BT Sport studio approached the company to provide a campus wide wireless radio microphone network that would allow presenters to move between studio spaces without loss of signal.
Included in the deal are 16 MRK960 true dual diversity receivers giving 32 channels of wireless audio, 24 MTP40-L-P2 beltpack transmitters with DPA microphones and 8 MTH400 handheld transmitters with premium Milab heads.
These can all be fed from the three studios using the MAT283 eight-way diversity remote controlled matrix combiner.
Additionally, BT Sport was the UK launch customer for the new Wisycom IEM solution. Raycom supplied 10 channels of IEM TX using the Wisycom MTK952 dual rack transmitter and 24 MPR30-IEM receivers. The transmitters have 330MHz tuning range and mono or stereo transmission. The receivers have a 232MHz tuning range.
