The Sound Effects Library Ltd has announced the signing of an agreement with the BBC that will make their sounds accessible to the public via the website at www.sound-effects-library.com.
This valuable 165 CD BBC resource is now being added to the vast on-line archives of the sound-effects-library.com allowing users to search, audition, purchase and download high quality 16 bit 44.1 or 48 KHz Wav or Aiff sound files in a matter of minutes.
Using state of the art technology and the expertise of their parent company The Tape Gallery, Sound-Effects-Library.com have created an award winning service, which has revolutionized the process of acquiring royalty free sounds for all.
The addition of the comprehensive and extensive catalogue of BBC effects, which includes categories from 'Africa' to 'World War II', will maximize the library's full potential as a complete archive and fulfill Managing Director Lloyd Billing's vision of a resource that contains almost every imaginable sound.
