Courtyard DOG adds more bite

Courtyard Electronics’ channel branding products now offer enhanced capabilities with the addition of animation and multi-language (including Arabic) character generation as standard features.
This applies across all of Courtyard’s Digitally Originated Graphics (DOG) equipment.
The latest additions remove any language barrier so that broadcasters around the world can benefit from a range of capabilities normally associated with more expensive equipment. The targeting of the specific applications of in-vision clock with Time PieCe, logo generation and presentation with LogoDog and the presentation of live sports information with SportsDog, produces high-quality results at affordable prices.
On-air presentations can now include a mix of static and animated logos, text and clocks. As always, the Dog range makes operation straightforward and efficient as it can be networked and automated to fit with modern on-air operation and technology. More than ever, today’s broadcasters need to convey information as well as a distinctive look which includes both the animated and static logos stored, assembled, output and keyed – all within with the Dog products.
The multi-language text takes advantage of Courtyard’s extensive character generator experience, embodied in the DiamondCREDIT CG, to produce the finest anti-aliased results. There is massive scope for customisation as the use of TrueType fonts in all Dog products means the broadest font selection is easily available at the most affordable price.
