BKSTS to hold broadcast engineering course in April

The British Kinematograph Sound and Television Society (BKSTS) have announced the details of a broadcast engineering training course to be held every Tuesday from April 22 this year.
The venue for the ten-session course is ITN’s studio centre at Gray’s Inn Road in London and is aimed at those who wish to further their knowledge of broadcast engineering. The itinerary includes: Day 1 - Video Principles; Day 2 - Studio Video Systems; Day 3 – Video Recording; Day 4 – Camera Systems and Displays; Day 5 – Sound in Television; Day 6 – Studio Sound Systems; Day 7 – Digital Principles; Day 8 – Digital Recording; Day 9 – Data Networks in Broadcasting and finally Day 10 Digital Distribution and Transmission.
