New Appointments For OKNO TV

OKNO TV (UK), a leading broadcast systems integrator, has announced the appointment of three key personnel following its launch into the global marketplace.
Led by Managing Director Jon Flay, the new team brings together a strong group of industry experts. Flay is joined by Sales and Marketing Director Alex Collins and Head of Engineering Chris Brannan.
A dynamic and commercially astute business leader and PRINCE2 qualified Senior Project Manager, Flay has a demonstrable track record of success spanning 15 years as a Board Director and General Manager, adding significant value to a range of organisations in the Broadcasting IT and NfP sectors. Highly versatile with a natural flair for building high performing teams and operational and strategic acumen, he is well positioned to drive OKNO TV (UK) forwards. His previous roles include Director at Advanced Media Centre (AMC), General Manager of Broadcast Networks and other high level appointments.
An experienced sales manager and marketer, Collins joins the OKNO TV (UK) team after four years at Evertz, where he held the position of Regional Sales Manager. He began his broadcast career at TSL and prior to that spent five years as Account Manager at IT distributor Westcoast Ltd.
Brannan, who has 14 years’ experience in the broadcast sector, has held Solutions Architect positions at Evertz and Pharos Communications. Prior to this he was Proposal Manager at Cisco and spent five years as a Proposal Engineer at TSL. He has also held roles at Sony and OnDigital where he began his career.
OKNO TV (UK) projects use bespoke technical solutions optimised for the customer regardless of the scale and complexity of their requirements. Projects range from small studios to complete international television centres.
The OKNO TV (UK) team will be on-hand at BVE on stand B14 to discuss the operational requirements of broadcasters and playout providers who are looking to upgrade their facility, adopt new solutions or adapt their existing workflows.
