Sermi Films choose Reflecmedia

Chroma key specialists Reflecmedia have just completed the installation of Italy’s first chroma key studio at Sermi Films, a Rome based production company.
Faced with the need to upgrade their largest studio to cater for an increase in blue screen production, Sermi have done away with the traditional painted walls, bulky cycloramas and heavy lights and instead opted for Reflecmedia’s patented Chromatte backdrops.
The Sermi Films deal was concluded within a week of Reflecmedia’s signing their newly appointed Italian distributor, Trans Audio Video (TAV).
Marco Brighel of TAV said: “As soon as we saw Chromatte at IBC in Amsterdam, we knew it would revolutionise chroma key production. This has been confirmed with Sermi’s immediate purchase following our first Chromatte demonstration."
