Rogers Joins SeeSense

SeeSense has now appointed a new Technical Director.
Paul Rogers joins the company after providing engineering and systems integration solutions, using Broadcast and specialist imaging cameras and associated hardware, since 1975. For the last 12 years Paul has majored on Toshiba’s camera range which has included both product upgrades and modifications to meet the diverse needs of discerning customers.
In the past 35 years Paul has supported engineering and sales for Bell & Howell, JVC, Optex, Polecam and Radamec (now Ultra Electronics). This specialised knowledge in all levels of Broadcast Engineering along with his technical sales support skills makes him an essential and ideal addition to the SeeSense team.
Paul will work with the SeeSense team to provide technical support to its customers worldwide. He will also work on delivering enhancements to all products distributed by SeeSense. Already working alongside specialist suppliers, Paul has helped to create the SeeSense IK-HR1P camera, a CS-mount version of the Toshiba IK-HR1S 1/3” CMOS HD-SDI camera. Its advantage is that it enables use of many of the wide aperture MegaPixel CS-mount lenses now available. This effectively increases the camera’s working sensitivity thereby releasing the camera’s full potential.
