More Businesses Growing In The Greenhouse

One of the UK’s largest franchised letting agents, and an award-winning production company are the latest to pack their bags ready for the move to MediacityUK.
Belvoir Property Management Ltd and Baby Cow Productions Ltd, will be expanding into MediaCityUK office development, The Greenhouse.
Established in 1995, Belvoir offers a dedicated service in property rental and residential lettings, managed by local lettings specialists. It has over 140 branches nationwide, and its new office within The Greenhouse is its first in Salford.
Harinder Dhaliwal, Managing Director, Belvoir Manchester and Salford Central said: “There is a neighbourhood community developing at MediaCityUK which ties in with our service ethic. Being an independently owned business with bags of experience in managing property, we are well positioned to offer a flexible, tailored service.
"In addition to the standard long and medium-term arrangements, we are also able to provide a bespoke service to cater for the short-term requirements often required by media personnel. This is an incredible area of growth and whilst key parts of Manchester have limited further development potential, Salford Quays has a particularly exciting future."
Baby Cow Productions Ltd, whose credits include Ideal, Home Time and Gavin and Stacey, was established in 1999 by comedy creators Steve Coogan and Henry Normal. The company has gained an enviable reputation for nurturing new British comedy talent, whilst teaming up with the best of the UK's established writers, directors and producers. They have produced successful and highly acclaimed TV programmes for the BBC, ITV, UK digital channels, world sales and DVD sales.
Gill Isles, Producer for Baby Cow said: “We are delighted to have our new Manchester home in The Greenhouse. It’s great to be in the heart of MediaCityUK”.
Belvoir and Baby Cow, join Antix Productions, Booths, Andrassy Media, Dreamscope Productions, Libra Television, Humanoid Productions, Armstrong Legal, Kelly’s Eye Animation, Peachy, Down at the Social, Max Callum and Ruddy Joinery at The Greenhouse.
Stephen Wild, Managing Director of MediaCityUK said: “We have a diverse mix of occupiers who’ve made their home at The Greenhouse and it is a great to welcome Baby Cow Manchester Ltd to the creative community. We hope that they thrive from working closely with like-minded individuals and companies”.
