MediaCityUK Appoints CBRE As Joint Advisers

MediaCityUK has announced that the north west office agency team at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has been appointed as joint advisers on The Peel Group development at Salford Quays.
CBRE's role will be to explore opportunities with regional businesses and to employ its global network to continue to raise the profile of MediaCityUK with national and international companies.
The firm will work with a diverse range of businesses within the creative and media sectors, from broadcast producers and advertising agencies to video game developers.

The first phase of MediaCityUK extends to more than 1.5 million sq ft and there is space available in three commercial office towers - Blue, White and Orange - providing a full range of accommodation, ranging from suites of 1,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft. Flexible space on a short-term lease is also available within the recently-launched building, The Greenhouse.
MediaCityUK features one of the biggest HD broadcast facilities in Europe with seven HD studios, two audio studios and a wide range of media services. The complex - operated through Peel's partnerships with SIS - will be used by the BBC, as well as independent operators and content producers.
