Pinnacle Systems’ Studio 8 makes debut

Studio 8, the brand new video editing software solution from Pinnacle Systems, will be the main focus for the company at the European Computer Trade Show (ECTS) at Earls Court from August 29-31.
Pinnacle Systems will be demonstrating the Studio product - the platform for Pinnacle Systems’ consumer line of video editing solutions. Based on the revolutionary technology that has earned Pinnacle Systems eight Emmy Awards for Technical Achievement, the Studio products have been ranked as the industry’s top-selling products for the last two years.
Studio 8 offers real-time transcoding from DV to MPEG2, and even more professional-quality editing features, as well as DVD/VCD/SVCD creation tools that will help Pinnacle Systems maintain this lead. The powerful new features will appeal to customers who have never edited before and to individuals who use existing Studio or competitor products and want to advance their movie-making capabilities.
