Bridge Technologies Appoints TEMA As Bulgarian Distributor
Sofia-based internet and telecom specialists TEMA have been appointed to distribute Bridge Technologies' VideoBRIDGE product range in Bulgaria.
TEMA will supply VideoBRIDGE's award-winning IP probes for IPTV monitoring to broadcasters, telcos and network operators throughout the country, providing the most advanced end-to-end monitoring solution available in the industry.
Rumen Raichev, Managing Director of TEMA, said: "As a supplier for leading operators in Bulgaria's internet and telecom market, we offer a strategic and integrated service to our customers. We therefore understand the need to make the best end-to-end monitoring technology available to operators of IPTV and cable services, so that they can ensure high quality and build their subscriber bases. Bridge Technologies makes the leading solution, which allows operators to see the big picture across all components of the delivery chain. With VideoBRIDGE probes, operators can trace and fix problems very quickly and effectively in any part of the delivery chain, keeping costs low and providing great service to the subscriber."
The award-winning VideoBRIDGE series of probes are innovative platforms for the converging services employing stream-based IP packets. Compatible with all major stream-based standards such as MPEG-2, H.264/AVC and DVB/ATSC - ETSI TR 101 290, the VideoBRIDGE series offers a complete end-to-end system for the continuous quality assurance of a network. With full support of the RFC4445 standards proposal and the innovative MEDIAWINDOW, the VideoBRIDGE series is at the forefront of IPTV measurement and monitoring technologies.
Philip Burnham, Sales Director, Bridge Technologies, said: "Increasingly, as organisations in the IPTV market experience the challenges of operating a complex delivery chain, there is a growing awareness of the important role monitoring plays in building a successful business. We are very pleased to be working with our partners at TEMA, who are ideally placed to deliver the kind of strategic view and services that Bulgaria's market will benefit from."
