My husband and I employed Melissa Webb to cater for our daughters wedding . Melissa had come highly recommended to me by many local friends . When we met , she was the nicest lady , very cool and calm , nothing was a problem . On the day of the wedding , to say the food was absolutely a work of art to see and quality of each dish excellent would be an understatement . Everything super exceeded all our expectations for our daughters day . Some of the comments we have had from all our guests are as follows " The food surpassed all others that we have ever had at a wedding " " I am not sure where to start with the food other than to say it was the best food we have ever tasted , those canapés made it very hard to concentrate on anything else " " The food was exquisite " Melissa and her team should be very very proud of themselves . My husband and I wish to thank them all for a most splendid experience .
