Moving Media Unveils Innovative New Website & Encoding Resource
Those in need of a video encoding resource will receive a boost with the launch of video encoding specialist Moving Media's innovative, new website (www.movingmedia.tv'), which includes features designed to actively assist visitors in learning more about the art of video encoding.
A full Demo area enables visitors to see for themselves the difference that video encoding can make and compare the relative quality of digital video encoded at benchmark bitrates using technologies such as Flash, MPEG 2 and H.264 AVC (MP4).
The FAQ page offers straightforward information regarding a range of issues relevant to video encoding demystifying what can be a complex area with explanations of De-Interlacing, blocking and other compression artifacts, plus an introduction into technical settings highlighting the most important settings for any online video.
Finally, the new Moving Media website offers a quick quote form, which allows prospective customers to enter details of the quantity, format, duration and target platform for their video, to receive a quote for encoding work, which is provided without obligation, all within 24 hours.
Director Simon Factor, said: "The new website is designed to assist our customers (and prospective customers) in finding out more about the art of video encoding and easily accessing price and technical data that will allow them to plan an encoding project."
Simon also revealed plans to expand the site yet further in the near future, saying: "The website will contain a blog to communicate details of our experiences at relevant trade shows and conferences and share information about some of our projects as well as discussing industry trends and some of the technology that we are using in our video encoding labs."
