Eyeheight PresTX range now in production

Eyeheight's expanded PresTX series of master control equipment, announced at IBC 2002, is now in production and will make its first US appearance at the SMPTE Convention & Technical Exhibit in Pasadena, October 23-26.
The new series consists of five fully compatible products which can be integrated to form a system of practically limitless size for use in a wide range of broadcast presentation applications.
The Key-Eazy SDI vision mixer and keyer with embedded audio, is optimised for integration into automated networks. Key-Eazy includes a serial digital mix/wipe with external reference input and preview output plus integrated embedded audio mixer and a downstream keyer, also with independent preview output.
The Mix-Eazy cost-effectient A/B vision mixer, optimised for manual operation, incorporates an embedded audio mixer and a flexible master control panel with access to individual functions, pre-programmed T-bar fader, mix/wipe/cut, and take.
The Bug-Eazy logo inserter, allowing forward, backward, looped, bounced or triggered bug playout, features independent programme and preview channels, cue-dot-based real-time logo animation acquisition and a keyer allowing bug fading. Internal fade-to-black selection is provided on the main programme output.
The Sounds-Eazydigital audio mixer accepts one embedded audio source plus two AES digital sources and is easily integrated into automated systems. It outputs audio embedded into serial digital video plus an independent AES digital audio channel. Features include input channel manipulation (stereo, mono and track- to-track channel switching), auto transitions and audio level control. Fully transparent to all other embedded audio signals, it accepts synchronous and asynchronous AES sources.
The Touch-Eazy touchscreen master controller forms the virtual front end of a software-based production switcher, Touch-Eazy provides control of programme, preview and two auxiliary buses with up to 42 inputs. It gives full user-configurability and control of mix/wipe, multiple downstream keyers and logo insertion. The screen itself is a 15-inch touch-sensitive TFT display. Supporting electronics are housed in a 1 U rack- mount chassis with 40 gigabyte HDD, FDD, CD-ROM drive and Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system.
