New DTL MiniBlox 3G-HD-SD SDI Embedded Audio Extractors

DTL has announced two exciting new additions to their MiniBlox range.
These are auto sensing 3G, HD & SD SDI embedded audio extractors. DTL believe these to be the first 3G capable ones on the market, but despite this are offering them at a lower price than their current standard definition only ones.
The 4262A extracts two balanced stereo analogue audio pairs from any embedded audio group. Audio conversion employs high quality 24-bit DACs. Adjustable full scale audio levels meet all international standards.
The 4262D extracts four AES audio streams from any two pairs of embedded audio groups.
Audio outputs are on 15 pin sub-D connectors. Optional XLR breakout cables are available. There is automatic cable equalisation for the SDI input and two re-clocked outputs are provided.
They cost less than competing HD only and many standard definition only ones.
MiniBlox are rugged units that can be used standalone with their external power supply or can be housed in the 1RU (to 5 units) or 2RU (to 14 units) rack mounting frames with central power supplies.
