'City In Motion' Invites Entries

The City of London Festival is inviting entries for its student short film competition, City in Motion. The short film competition returns with an awards screening of some of the UK's most creative student film-makers and their responses to this year's 'railways' theme.
Two prizes of £2,000 will be awarded. Six finalists will be selected for the premiere screening at the Barbican cinemas with special awards event as part of the City of London Festival 2008.
To enter, you must be a student (of any subject) based in the UK and age 16 years or older.
A Film-makers Forum will take place at the BFI Southbank on 27th February, as an opportunity for questions and discussion about the project.
Entries close 16 May 2008.
