Fujinon HD telephoto lens now available

The new Fujinon DigiPower XA76x9.3BESM high definition telephoto zoom lens is now available from exclusive UK/Ireland distributor, Pyser-SGI Limited.
Described as a cost effective alternative to the Fujinon XA87x HD lens, the XA76x offers advanced optical performance combined with exceptionally quiet operation. It is ideal for sports or other OB events where long distance, high magnification shots can significantly heighten the drama and creativity of productions. Moreover, the XA76x provides three distinct rotational settings for zoom/focus, a useful function when switching between productions, such as drama to sport or vice versa.
Of modular construction, the DigiPower XA76x provides a range of features, which include advanced back focus, Inner Focus, QuickZoom, and enhanced FIND system.
The XA76x can be used with Fujinon’s new OST-TECH optional stabilisation system to achieve rock steady pictures even at maximum telephoto setting. This feature is available as a built-in option or as a stand-alone device which will adapt to most Fujinon telephoto EFP lenses.
The focal length of the XA76x is from 9.3 to 710 mm, increasing to 1420 mm with the built-in 2x extender. When required, an F-number Limit switch allows the zoom range to be restricted to the point at which ramping begins.
The XA76x offers all the advantages of DigiPower precise and repeatable digital control - ideal for robotic and virtual studio applications.
