Sound Designer Nick Loe Launches New Identity And Showcase Website
Freelance film and TV sound designer, and 4rfv member, Nick Loe has launched a new website to promote his work.
With graphics expertise from design agency, SAS Design Ltd, Nick Loe built his new site as an online profile and showcase. In addition to the website, SAS produced a range of identity collateral including business cards, letter-headed paper, complement slips, CD wallets and CD/DVDs. Designer Carina Hinze and creative director Gilmar Wendt based the design on the aesthetic of intertitles from the silent movie era, playing on the idea that the sound designer brings sound to the silent image.
Having recently worked on '12,000 Years of Blindness' for director Rod Stoneman at the Huston School of Film & Digital Media, and regular visiting teaching posts at the National Film and Television School, Nick is currently preparing for two features as supervising sound editor.
He also works as a sound designer for TV and digital media clients including MTV and ITV Meridian.
