FCIT Release ExiVision EXV AV Extender Range

FCIT, specialists in KVM (Keyboard-Video-Mouse) switching technology, has released the new ExiVision EXV AV Extender range.
ExiVision EXV enables a user to locate a video monitor (and speakers if needed) up to 300 metres away from the host computer or AV source. Straightforward point to point solutions can be mixed and matched with local and remote splitters and repeaters to make the most of available premise cable. The video input signal can be VGA, RGB or similar format and the audio inputs can be analogue or digital.
A big plus for ExiVision EXV users is that they get high performance (up to 1600 x 1280 video resolution) in a small and easy to install product. An ExiVision EXV transmitter attaches directly to the computer VGA port, or to RGB or composite outputs of any video generation hardware, such as DVD players or even handheld devices. The ExiVision EXV receiver is small enough to attach to the back of any standard monitor and the chassis is designed with built-in universal mounting brackets.
ExiVision EXV allows Audio and Video outputs to be used locally as well as remotely, giving two complete multi-media display points from one source, up to 300m apart.
ExiVision EXV is perfect for applications that demand exceptional video quality and/or audio over distance, such as television studios, digital signage, access kiosks, educational institutions, airports, offices, ships, aircraft and industrial environments. TV output can be repeated in various places within pubs and clubs.
ExiVision EXV’s on-board gain equalisation and skew compensation techniques save time and trouble on installation and mean that ExiVision EXV will work straight out of the box. ExiVision EXV can be fine-tuned to provide the best possible video in any environment.
For more flexible solutions, ExiVision EXV can be connected to splitters and AV distribution devices.
