Erik Schuit Promoted To Head Of Sales At Off The Fence

Independent production and distribution company Off the Fence has announced the promotion of Erik Schuit to Head of Sales.
Previously Sales Manager at Off the Fence, Schuit will work on OTF’s licensing to Discovery and National Geographic channels, as well as continuing to work with clients in territories including Scandinavia, Russia, the Middle East and Africa. Alongside this he will oversee public relations, the international sales team, market launches and sales strategies as well as handling the company’s developments into direct-to-consumer business via new media such as Joost, Azureus and DivX/Stage 6.
Schuit joined Amsterdam based Off the Fence in 2003, prior to this he was Acquisitions Manager for Dutch public broadcaster AVRO and the various pan-European thematic channels of UPCtv.
