Nic Roeg To Present BFFS Film Society Of The Year Awards

The British Federation of Film Societies (BFFS) will be holding its 2007 Annual Awards ceremony on Saturday 3 March.
Acclaimed director Nic Roeg (Performance, 1970, Don’t Look Now 1973, Puffball, 2007) will present the awards at London’s BFI Southbank (formerly the National Film Theatre).
BFFS will be rewarding excellence in the vital work that film societies do in cultural and community cinema. Categories include: Best Film Programming and Best Programme Notes, Best Website, Best New Society, Best Student Society, Best Marketing and the Community Award.
The Engholm Prize for Film Society of the Year will be awarded to the most vigorous and dynamic film society demonstrating all qualities required of individual categories and showing matchless customer service and creativity.
To enter, your film society must apply by 8 February.
