BSkyB buy out Active partners
BSkyB have bought out three former partners in their interactive service, giving them full control under the Sky Active banner.
Last week BSkyB issued shares to BT, HSBC Bank and Matsushita of Japan, dissolving the partnership that began as BSkyB moved into the DTV market in the late 1990's.
BT is estimated to have made £122m from the end of the deal, representing some 20.8m shares in the company, while HSBC acquired 12.8m shares and Matsushita 9.6m shares.
