Alec Eves Joins The Club

Leading post-production house, The Club, have appointed award-winning visual effects operator Alec Eves as a senior compositor to work on special effects and graphics-based work.
Having worked in television for 19 years, 12 of which were spent at the BBC, Alec brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him to The Club. His main expertise lies in the production of title sequences, promos and stings as well as the finishing of long-form projects.
In 2005/6 Alec won a Silver BDA World Award and in 2003 he received a commended entry as Quantel Artist of the year for Europe. In 1997 he was a member of the BBC Newsnight graphics team nominated for an RTS Award.
Alec has worked on many different projects including channel branding, corporate work and producing close to air graphics sequences. Alec’s main work to date includes extensive work on Newsnight, BBC News and Panorama.
