Maidstone Studios provide film set for 'Cape Wrath'

Ecosse Films, one of Britain’s leading film and television production companies, has based itself at The Maidstone Studios for the filming of a new eight-part psychological drama series, 'Cape Wrath'.
Starring British actor David Morrissey, Cape Wrath will be filmed throughout Kent during the next few months and is due to be aired in the spring of 2007.
Ecosse Films Producer Caroline Levy commented: “The Maidstone Studios is an ideal location for us. Not only does it have a great atmosphere and excellent facilities, but it is central to all of our filming locations. We also have a variety of options to hand should we need to do any in-house studio filming.”

The Maidstone Studios is based in the heart of Kent yet is within easy reach of London. The purpose built studios have been operational for over 20 years and have been home to some of the UK’s best programming.
