The Maidstone Studios houses new ITV Show

'Finders Keepers', a new children’s programme for ITV based on the 1990s format, has just been successfully filmed in the new 12,000ft studio at The Maidstone Studios.
The show, which is set in a full-sized house, is presented by Jeff Brazier (famous for T4, ‘The Farm’ and ‘Celebrity Wrestling’) and is produced by The Foundation. It involves two teams of hand-picked children – the reds and the blues – who win the chance to trash as many rooms as possible in a given time.
Producer of 'Finders Keepers', Ian France, said: “The original show was filmed at The Maidstone Studios in the 90s, but with the chance to work in its new studio there was no question of going anywhere else. There are very few places in the country that can accommodate our large set and, in addition, we have a great rapport with the Maidstone Studios staff.”
Two hundred lucky local school children aged 11-14 were able to watch the show live and see the surprises unveiled in the mystery room which changed each week from a medieval dungeon to a radiation room, a laboratory, a pirate ship and a pharaoh’s tomb.
