DGP announces new appointments

DGP, the Soho based DVD and post production facility, has recruited a trio of staff from TMR after its recent consolidation into the VTR Group.
First Claire Leach, formerly a Producer at TMR DVD, has joined the production department. Leach will be using her production experience to manage audio and subtitling needs for DGP’s ongoing work for HBO DVD.
Then, Asha Huree is the latest addition to the graphics team from TMR DVD.
Huree has a wealth of experience working across all genres of DVD from feature work, kids, music and interactive DVD. She joins the expanding Design team to work across both DVD and Broadcast design.
Finally, Michael Owusu joins DGP as an integral member of the DVD quality control department. Using his broad experience on studio work, Owusu’s main responsibility will be project proofing high profile International studio titles along with the rest of the Quality Control team.
Lucie Jennings, Head of DVD Operations, explained: "DGP is rapidly becoming the leading player both domestically and internationally in the field of DVD and HD DVD authoring – what we have now in Claire, Asha and Michael is a complete team for any former TMR DVD client that wants to have a seamless transfer to a new supplier, as well as a department that numbers over 30 with an impressive list of previously established clients."
