Lion Television commissioned by BBC

Lion Television has been commissioned to produce two new entertainment programmes for the BBC, Let Me Entertain You, a new talent show, and The Wedding Show, presented by Nick Knowles.
Let me Entertain You, a 20x45min series for BBC Two, brings back the popular variety show format, pitting the best new performing talents against each other to compete to become champion.
Hosted by Brian Conley, the programme showcases each performer, who will have a tough three minutes to prove their entertaining abilities to a studio audience before the votes are cast. The winners of each show will then compete against each other in a grand finale.

In addition, The Wedding Show is a 5x60min series for BBC One and will be presented by Nick Knowles (BBC, DIY SOS).
Each week one couple will hand over their wedding preparations to their families who will attempt to turn the “biggest day of their lives” into the best day of the lives. When the moment of truth arrives, the couple find out all too late whether they are destined for a day made in heaven or one from hell.

Let me Entertain You is a Lion Television production commissioned by BBC Daytime for BBC Two with Executive Producer Adam Wood (Lion TV) and Series Producer Sean Miller. The programme is due for transmission later this year.
The Wedding Show is a Lion Television production commissioned for BBC One by Elaine Bedell, executive produced by Hilary Rosen for Lion TV and due for transmission in Autumn 2006.
