Granada International highlights Sir Carol Reed at Cannes

Three classic films from Granada International’s film library will be screened at the forthcoming Cannes Film Festival to
celebrate the centenary of Sir Carol Reed’s birth.
Granada International has digitally re-mastered and restored in High Definition three of Sir Carol Reed’s masterpieces, 'Odd Man Out', 'The Way Ahead' and 'A Kid for Two Farthings'. The films will be screened as part of the Cannes Classics screenings programme between May 22 and May 24, which are open to the public.
Granada International owns the largest and most prestigious British feature film collection in the world and along with Technicolor is an official sponsor of the catalogue for the 2006 Cannes Classics section of the Festival. Established in 2004, the Cannes Classics screenings showcase a diverse thematic programme focusing on new or restored prints, tributes to foreign cinema and documentaries on filmmaking.
