TVSet’s DVD Department quadruples in size

Due to the increasing demand for DVD in the market place, the TVSet has rapidly expanded its DVD department.
The DVD authoring facility on Newman Street has nearly quadrupled in size this year and there are plans for even further expansion later in 2006. They now have a complete end to end service including storage, QC, Dub, Restoration, Authoring, Standards Conversion, Re-authoring, Design, Editing, Replication, Packaging and Fulfillment, for any region (NTSC, PAL or SECAM).
The new DVD authoring suites operate in Scenarist, Sonic and the latest Apple HD. Work ranges from high-end DVD feature film authoring to fast turnaround corporate internal communications work. The same department can also offer authoring for CD, DVD, HD, and any of the web encoding formats, ideal for product launches. The increase in staff, suites and their seven day a week service, means jobs can be turned around as quickly as the client demands.
In addition, a new camera shooting service is offered for DVD extra work. They will provide the camera equipment and even a camera operator for extra interviews and shots required for the DVD. The whole end to end service is provided, including the shoot (SD or HD), editing, graphics and authoring.
