DISCREET DEMONSTRATE NEW SERVICE AT IBC

News Image
DISCREET will be demonstrating the new Web-streaming capabilities of Edit 6, the non-linear editing solution for Windows NT, at IBC 2000.
A new service launched by Discreet will link their customers with specialist freelance artists on ‘Discreet Club’, an interactive web site that allows clients to specify skill requirements within the areas of 3D, animation, special effects and editing.
Specialists accessing the site can contact prospective employers, while Discreet clients gain access to a database of skilled Discreet software users. The site will be launched in English for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with plans for a worldwide service.
Discreet, IBC stand number 7.430.
