MIRANDA LAUNCH NEW OPERATIONS GROUP

MIRANDA Technologies, developers of digital video and audio interfaces for the broadcast, post production and audio visual markets, have announced that they are forming a new Operations Group.
The new Group will encompass Miranda’s marketing communications, sales support, and technical support activities under a single umbrella.
Heading the new organisation will be Robert Young, who has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Young said: “The ability to more rapidly understand and fulfil the needs of the market, which will be our central mission, is becoming ever more crucial for companies like Miranda that are playing a key role in the digital communications revolution, from broadcast to the internet.”
Young’s new role will include the development of a new customer-relationship management program, which will enhance Miranda’s ability to anticipate customer needs quickly and accurately.
In addition to Miranda’s customer-relationship management program, new initiatives planned for the Operations Group include the development of Miranda e-commerce strategy that will enable customers to purchase Miranda products directly from the company’s website.
