Autoscript to launch new teleprompting technology at NAB 2006

Autoscript, an international company providing the highest quality products for teleprompting applications, will feature ‘GoPrompt-15’, a new, self-contained, completely wireless prompting system at NAB 2006.
GoPrompt-15 features a 15-inch high-brightness screen designed to bring studio-standard readability to field operations. For the first time, true studio prompting can be done in the field without the need for laptop computers and associated distractions. The GoPrompt-15 is even capable of field editing via USB or PS-2 keyboard.
Autoscript's new ‘Wireless Foot Control’ (WFC) means that a studio can be set up anywhere by simply putting the WFC in place. The WFC can be run with AC or DC power, thereby eliminating cable runs in hard-to-access areas. The WFM also features a 10-channel input to enable multiple units to use a single system.
At NAB Autoscript will also launch what it claims to be the perfect fill light. "Plus-Light" is mounted to, and powered by, Autoscript's TFT on-camera prompters. Using an LED array, Plus-Light offers soft controllable light without the aggravation of conventional tungsten fixtures. With no AC cables needed to/from the camera or pedestal, no heat issues and a simple mounting solution, Plus-Light is ideal for studio or field prompting.
